1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, based on the shift and schedule. As a warehouse team member, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and product quality.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness and positive attitude.
• Works collaboratively and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
