Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for various tasks such as selecting and receiving stock, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate equipment.
