Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Your role will involve working efficiently to fulfill orders, maintain warehouse standards, and collaborate effectively with your team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate and organize merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
