Position: 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, starting wage up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour with shift differentials Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM

Schedules:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday - Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday - Tuesday
• Schedule B: Saturday and Sunday (2 out of every 3 weeks)
• Schedule C: Saturday and Sunday (every other weekend)
• Schedule D: Monday - Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and handle incoming stock efficiently
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and appearance
• Participate in inventory counts
• Cooperate effectively with peers and leadership
• Provide input for process improvement
• Inspect product quality and safety
• Adhere to safety guidelines and policies

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum age 18
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency
• Excellent communication skills

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Operate powered industrial equipment
• Work in varied temperatures and environments
