Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a part-time team member, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Your contributions will directly impact the experience of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Frequently move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
