Warehouse Team Member

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Team Members at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. You will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Shift Information

We are currently hiring for various schedules including Schedule D, Schedule A2, and Schedule B. Each schedule has specific working days and off days. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse based on guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks in compliance with standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
