1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time Team Member, you will work 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide insights to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety adherence.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Physical abilities include lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating powered industrial equipment in varying temperatures.
