Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. You will play a crucial role in maintaining warehouse standards and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and maintain sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
