1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As an essential part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, sorting, organizing, and loading products for shipment among other duties.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently following company procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
