Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, handling merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards to ensure smooth operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and assist in inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvements and maintain quality and safety standards.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work conscientiously, collaborate with a team, maintain a positive attitude, drive for success, and organize efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
