1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our Aldi family. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and appearance standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety issues.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
