Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift items up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
