Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a key member of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of merchandise and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming trucks/back-hauls.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and management to enhance warehouse processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks with or without accommodations.
• Demonstrated competency in ALDI Acts qualities: conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
