1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. This full-time position offers competitive starting wages ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule.

Shifts

We have various schedules available, such as:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off.
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off.
• Schedule B: Works two out of every three weekends.
• Schedule C: Every other weekend.
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday with weekends off.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle incoming stock and fulfill store orders.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unloading.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, inventory counts, and product quality.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Follow safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
