Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to our stores. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas as part of a dedicated and hardworking team. Comprehensive training and safety programs will equip you with the necessary skills for success.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Less than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate equipment safely.
