1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. Our team ensures that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training to ensure success.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement and budget goal achievement.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
