We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt to change, and drive for success in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating industrial equipment is a plus.
