Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. You will work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ensuring our products are handled with care and precision.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide insights to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products and report quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
