1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and supporting warehouse operations.

Shifts and Schedules

• Schedule A1: Wednesday - Sunday (Monday, Tuesday off)
• Schedule A2: Friday - Tuesday (Wednesday, Thursday off)
• Schedule B: Rotating shifts every 3 weeks
• Schedule C: Rotating shifts every 4 weeks
• Schedule D: Monday - Friday (Saturday, Sunday off)

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Follow warehouse procedures and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
