1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time team member, you will work 30-35 hours per week with the starting wage of up to $22.75 per hour. The 1st Shift starts at 8:00 AM.

Schedules:
• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off each week.
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off each week.
• Schedule B: Works on Saturdays and Sundays 2 out of every 3 weeks.
• Schedule C: Works on both Saturdays and Sundays every other weekend.
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday with weekends off.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and provide input for process improvement.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
