1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for various duties including selecting and receiving stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Performing stock selection, merchandise relocation, loading, and unloading tasks.
• Participating in inventory counts and cooperating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Providing input to improve warehouse processes and achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lifting and placing products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operating powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
