Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with a starting wage of up to $18.00-$22.00 per hour. As a warehouse team member, you will play a critical role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory management.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Basic math skills and communication abilities.
