1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring our stores are well-stocked and operational.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
