Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing warehouse operations to meet store orders and uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming stock accurately and promptly for store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise efficiently for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for optimal performance.
• Operate equipment safely according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying environments.
