Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive the best quality products.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and prepare merchandise for shipment, ensuring warehouse appearance standards are met.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
