Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for receiving and relocating stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership. This role requires physical agility and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
