1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
