1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the Aldi team. This part-time role involves efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering stock to our stores, ensuring our products reach our customers promptly. You will play a crucial role in maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness, following safety protocols, and collaborating effectively with the warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance to meet safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Contribute to improving warehouse processes and achieving goals.
• Inspect and report on product quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting.
