1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers up to $22.75 per hour with flexible schedule options. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory management. Additionally, you will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Experience in operating powered industrial equipment preferred.
