Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. Your role will involve collaborating with team members, following safety guidelines, and contributing to warehouse efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
- Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
- Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving operational goals.
- Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.
- Operate equipment safely and notify management of any concerns.
- Adapt and act independently within your responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned.
