1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and relocating merchandise within the warehouse to ensure efficient order fulfillment. From inventory management to maintaining warehouse standards, you will be an essential part of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide feedback for process improvements and quality assurance.
• Follow safety guidelines, operate equipment, and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious, collaborative, positive, driven, and efficiency competencies.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Perform tasks in varying temperatures and environments.
