1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi

Position Type: Full-Time
Starting Wage: Up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM

Schedules:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday - Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off
• Schedule A2: Friday - Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off
• Schedule B: Saturday and Sunday 2 out of every 3 weeks
• Schedule C: Saturday and Sunday every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday - Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise
• Clean warehouse, participate in inventory counts
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership
• Provide input for process improvements
• Inspect products for quality and safety

Job Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Job-specific Competencies:

• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication and math skills
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
• Work independently and in a team

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds
• Operate powered industrial equipment
• Work in varying temperatures
