1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our growing customer base. As a member of our warehouse team, you will work part-time, with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety issues independently.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Adapt positively to challenges and drive for success.
• Organize tasks efficiently and adhere to company standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 45 pounds and operating industrial equipment.
