Job Description

We are looking for a skilled 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will play a vital role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Receive and stock merchandise accurately to fulfill orders.
• Organize and rearrange products according to warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Physically fit to lift and move up to 45 pounds, and operate industrial equipment safely.
