We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a valuable member of the warehouse, you will be responsible for efficient stock selection, relocation of merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
