1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for various tasks, including selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment and delivery.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety requirements.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and ensure product quality and safety.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds and operate powered equipment.
