Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers between 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the team to achieve warehouse goals.
Shift
1st Shift - 7:00 AM/PM start time
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
- Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
- Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to improve processes.
- Inspect product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
- Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.
Job Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older. Possess conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success competencies. Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
Frequently lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment. Work in varying temperatures.
