1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's warehouse operations team. Our warehouse employees ensure that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores, providing quality products to our customers. This part-time role offers up to 30 hours per week, starting at $23.75 per hour, and includes working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise relocation as per guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Efficiently organize, execute tasks, and follow company policies.
• Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift products weighing up to 45 pounds at various heights.
• Move merchandise, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
