1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team for a full-time position. Your starting wage can be up to $22.75 per hour based on shift differentials. You will be working primarily on the 1st Shift starting at 8:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Seek opportunities for process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to interpret company policies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and walk throughout the warehouse.
