1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi, a company committed to ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. As a part-time team member, you will play a vital role in relocating merchandise, loading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership. You will work within a supportive environment that values safety, quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness to meet safety requirements.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently according to guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capable of lifting and moving products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
