1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stockers to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a critical role in the efficient fulfillment of orders, ensuring proper stock management and contributing to the overall warehouse operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership to enhance processes.
• Inspect and report on product quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
