1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stockers at Aldi with starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour. As part of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team.
• Provide suggestions for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues promptly.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Team player with the capacity to work independently.
