1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our dynamic team at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt, and achieve peak effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to lift and move items up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
