1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a competitive starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a vital role in receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets.

• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse and prepare for deliveries.

• Sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.

• Work in varying temperatures, including outdoor and cold environments.

• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and effectively.
