Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive the quality they expect. Our warehouse operations require individuals who are committed, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in various warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Contribute input to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for product quality, safety, and impact.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Deliver excellent performance and adhere to company policies.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
