1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Our fast-paced environment requires individuals who are detail-oriented and can perform various warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds, operating warehouse equipment and working in varying temperatures.
