Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective warehouse operations.
• Offer suggestions to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work conscientiously and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, resilience, and strives for success.
• Organized, efficient, and follows instructions accurately.
• Basic arithmetic skills and good communication abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
