Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling and organizing merchandise within the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for store deliveries. Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate equipment safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
