1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi, a leading company in the industry. As a Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock and fulfilling orders to ensure seamless store operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance to meet safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and collaborate with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report quality and safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and basic arithmetic skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work independently and in a team environment.
