1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker for Aldi. The average hours are 30-35 per week with starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. We have immediate openings for Schedule D and Schedule B.

Job Duties

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Perform general warehouse cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and ergonomic procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Physical agility for various warehouse tasks.
